Admissions Information

Collins Academy High School is a non-selective enrollment school of choice that is open to students from all across Chicago.

 

Applications for all students for the 2009-2010 school year will be accepted starting October 11, 2008. All applications must be filled out completely (including all requested documents and a signature from both the student and the parent/guardian), and must be submitted by mail or in person to Collins Academy High School - 1313 S. Sacramento Drive - Main Office Room 234 – Chicago, IL 60623 (please use our entire school name and address as listed). Faxed applications AND incomplete applications will not be accepted. If more applications are received before the application deadline than spaces are available, then a lottery will be used to select students. The remaining students will be placed on a waitlist. Waitlists do not carry over to the next school year.
